Traditionally the process of getting rid of mice, for decades, in fact, has entailed using cats and simple mousetraps to fight against the mice and rat populations.

However, there are many choices available nowadays.

Snap traps: The classic snap traps have many advantages. They are small, you can put something on them to attract the mice, such as cheese or peanut butter, then you wait for on something that you use to attract the mouse and the hope for the best.

There are drawbacks that, in fact, to snap traps. The mice that you catch are killed with a bar attached to a tightly coiled spring, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. When the mouse is killed, the blood can leak on to the floor. And when the mice eventually die, they will lose their urine and feces. All these factors can spread disease, and are unpleasant to deal with. Because mice are fast and smart, they can also sometimes grab the food and hide to avoid the trap.

Poisons: Poisons will certainly kill the mouse, but they also kill pets and small children. And if a mouse does not fall under the effects of the poison immediately, it can slink off to a place that is inaccessible to die a horrible death, and then decompose and emit a strong odor that can last weeks. Of course this is not an ideal solution.

Humane Mouse Trap: These traps are made of plastic or metal, and that its purpose is to catch the mouse without killing it. They are known to be very effective in doing so. And also these traps are very cheap and are easily found in markets.
