Regulating carbohydrates in the diet is a good way to get rid of fat, because good carbs help regulate your blood sugar. Some examples of complex carbohydrates are oatmeal, sweet potatoes, bread and wheat.

3. Always eat healthy fats in your food.

When most people try to rid of fat, they go on a crash diet and eat no fat at all. Omega 3 fatty acids are actually healthy for your body! Fish is an outstanding supply of omega-3 oily acids.

4. Eat small meals.

Besides the overall implementation of a diet that consists of these foods, you can get rid of fat by eating small portions 4-6 times per day. If you like the smaller meals, your body is not hungry all the time and regulate your blood sugar will stay longer.
