</style><p>You need to exercise to stretch the nerve to get rid of back pain. The nerves and muscles only have a blood supply. They must be extended, so that more blood can flow through them and the toxins can cause pain in the region. The nerves around the muscles, but just make a simple stretching of muscles does not mean that the nerve itself is stretched</p>
<p>Of course, please make sure that you are under a doctor&#8217;s care before undertaking anything that could potentially strain your back or make the situation worse.</p>
<p>1.  Find a place in your house, apartment, and that you stretch out room for your legs.<br />
2.  Place the heel of one leg on the step and hold your leg as straight as possible.<br />
3.  Now turn your body and leg which are asked, continued on the leg.<br />
4.  Front Bend from the waist as if you were to touch your toes.<br />
5.  Stop when you feel you do not stretch your muscles paralyzed much further.<br />
6.  Now gently pull your foot for you (if you can not reach the foot, then with a towel around the foot)<br />
7.  Incline your chin near your chest.<br />
8.  You should feel a burning pain to get behind the knee.<br />
9.  Hold this position, but gently move your head or foot, up and down.<br />
10. Do this for at least 45 seconds on both legs. </p>
<p>Please be very careful to be not in a hurry or be aggressive in your movements when you practice this exercise. And people should not be concerned if it was unpleasant. Nerves are fragile and are not accustomed to extend. </p>
