Almost everyone experiences symptoms of anxiety from time to time. But if you are suffering from this illness, emotional and physical symptoms are severe and can disrupt your life. There are 3 basic tips to get rid of anxiety – medication, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and exposure therapy.

The following are three ways to get rid of anxiety:

1. Medication

Three types of medication are sometimes used to treat social anxiety disorder – Antidepressants, benzodiazepines, beta-blockers.

2. Exposure to treatment

In exposure therapy for anxiety disorder, you are in a safe and controlled the social situation, you are still afraid.
